How do I know your COAs are genuine?
They are published, so you do not have to take our word for it. Every certificate in our COA library is issued by Vanguard Laboratory of Olympia, Washington, carries a laboratory reference and a report date, and is batch-matched to the vial label. Vanguard is accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by A2LA under certificate scope 6377.01. The HPLC purity result shown is not represented as an accredited-scope test.
What about customs? Do orders get seized?
No. All Alphex orders ship from UK domestic stock. Your order does not cross a border, is not inspected at customs, and arrives by tracked UK courier.
