Order received

Confirmation email immediately. If you order before 2pm Mon-Fri, your order enters today's dispatch run.

Step 02

Same-day dispatch

Vials are vacuum-sealed, packed with the batch-matched COA, and labelled for Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Step 03

Tracked transit

Tracking link emailed once Royal Mail collects. Discreet outer with no compound branding visible.

Step 04

Delivered

Next working day, typically before midday. Cold chain holds; refrigerate on arrival per the COA storage notes.

Returns & the purity guarantee.

If a batch falls short of stated HPLC purity on your own independent verification, we accept a return and issue a full refund, no questions asked. We pay return shipping.

We do not accept returns for change of mind on opened or reconstituted vials. Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund minus return shipping.

Customs & international.

All orders ship from UK domestic stock by Royal Mail. Your order does not cross a border and is not inspected at customs. We currently ship only within the UK.
