Create an account on the affiliate portal. It takes a couple of minutes and costs nothing.

Get your link and code

You receive a personal referral link and your own discount code. Either one credits the sale to you, so you can share whichever suits the channel.

Post the link, or give the code to people who ask where you buy. Your dashboard shows clicks, orders and commission in real time.

Get paid

Commission is approved once the order is past its returns window, then paid on the 14 day cycle.

What you can and cannot say

Alphex sells research peptides to qualified researchers. That places real limits on how the products can be promoted in the UK, and those limits apply to you as well as to us. Read this part properly: an account that breaks these rules is closed and unpaid commission is forfeited, and we would much rather help you stay inside them.

  • Never imply human use. No dosing, no protocols, no personal results, no before and after imagery, no "I take this". Write for researchers and laboratories, because that is who the products are for.
  • Do not describe the products as medicines, treatments, or as safe, effective or approved for anything. They are not authorised for human or veterinary use and cannot be promoted as if they were.
  • Do not invent claims about purity, testing or accreditation. Everything we can evidence is on the COA library, and you are welcome to link to it. If it is not on the certificate, do not say it.
  • Disclose that you earn commission. UK rules require it and it is enforced. A clear "affiliate" or "ad" label on the post, visible before someone clicks, is enough.
  • No paid search on our brand terms, and no bidding on "Alphex" or close variants. Organic content, your own audience and your own channels are all fine.
  • No unsolicited email or messaging. Share with people who asked, not with lists they did not join.
  • Self-referrals do not qualify. Your own orders through your own code are not commissionable.

Questions

How much do I actually earn?
30% of the order value excluding delivery, on every qualifying order from someone you referred, not just their first. Commission is calculated after any discount the customer used.
When am I paid?
Every 14 days on a fixed cycle. Commission becomes payable once the order has passed its returns window, so a very recent order may sit as pending until the next run.
Do I get a code as well as a link?
Yes, both. The link tracks anyone who clicks it for 30 days. The code works for people who heard about us from you but arrived on their own, which is most of them, and it usually gives them a discount too.
Do I need a big following?
No. There is no minimum. Plenty of referrals come from people who simply get asked where they source their material and send one link.
Can I promote outside the UK?
You can, but the rules of the country you are posting in apply to you, and several are stricter than the UK. We ship from UK stock; see shipping and delivery for where orders can go.
What happens if a customer refunds?
Commission on a refunded or cancelled order is reversed. That is why commission is approved after the returns window rather than at checkout.
